Château Salavaux is located in the Three Lakes region (Lake Murten, Lake Biel, Lake Neuchâtel) and has been blossoming since May 2021 under the new management of the young couple, Neïla and Flavio Benedetto. Château Salavaux is an oasis of tranquillity, a gourmet haven and a historic site all in one - a change of scenery guaranteed!
The estate with 17 unique rooms and its own restaurant invites you to linger, as the restaurant impresses with seasonal cuisine from local production. Weddings and company seminars are held in the banqueting hall, small family celebrations in a private setting love the historic vaulted cellar.
Throughout the year, Château Salavaux organises and hosts a variety of events.
